Activity Log

I've decided to keep a log of my weekly activity. I'm hoping this will encourage me to meet my goal of doing 3 lots of exercise a week on top of my walking to and from work/gym. So let's get started! I'll start on the week I began going back to the gym.

        - Active day at work (I did overtime today for Stock Movement, which is far more active than my own job. I was on my feet for 4 hours walking to and from various stock rooms and departments. I have no idea what to class this as, I just know it's more than I usually do)

        - 30 minute walk to and from town (Can't believe I went in 3  times,we saw The Dark Knight Rises so the extra walk was worth it!)
