25 by 25

I've decided to chose 25 goals (big and small) that I want to achieve by my 25th birthday. It seemed like a good number to chose seeing as I want to reach my overall goal by that birthday.


  1. To lose my first stone in weight by 12/06/12 Didn't quite manage it by that date
  2. Complete the 1000 star jump challenge over 1 week DONE!
  3. Join the gym
  4. Be able to climb the 5 flights of stairs at work and not want to pass out at the end of it
  5. Have a healthy BMI
  6. Start using my weights again
  7. During my 12 week gym membership do at least 3 1 hour sets of exercise a week. (On top of walking to work etc)
  8. Lose my second stone by the time I go home for a holiday in October
  9. Lose my third stone by the end of July '13
  10. Take up a new class at the gym
  11. Be able to run 5K (3.11 miles) straight
  12. Get some really cute heels to wear
  13. Wear my ankle weights around the flat/do my physio exercises 
  14. Go swimming at least 4 x a month for the next 3 months
  15. Increase my plank time to 1 minute
  16. Feel comfortable to wear "nice" gym clothes and not my baggy stuff
  17. Burn 1000 calories in one workout- will post photographic evidence! :)
